I have sent a letter to the Warner Address given for replacements but received no reply, does anyone know a phone number we can ring to request replacement disks for season 5 faulty disk 5, or as anyone else had any luck contacting Warner Home Video about this.
UPDATE:
WARNER SENT ME REPLACEMENT DISK 5 WITH THE FALL OF CENTAURI PRIME FIXED. LAST WEEK.
I received my replacement disk as well and everything is fine they did say they would replace disk 4 as soon as it is available so we can all keep our fingers crossed.
If you want you can ring them if you havent already done so tel: 020 7984 6100 and as for DVD customer Services leave a message and if they don't ring you back keep trying until you get through to someone.
Apparently, they are also planning to replace disk 4.
Please inform me/us as soon as you know more, because the last word from Warner Germany was that the disc won't be replaced... but if Warner UK reissues a new DVD Warner Germany might provide us with the correct versions too...
Thought I may as well post this over here, for the benefit of those who don't frequent B5TV's boards.
Over the weekend, I received a package from WHV containing a replacement disk 5 for the S5 set, now including the entire pre-credit sequence for TFoCP in both the episode and commentary. Result!!
Those R2 (UK at least) DVD owners who haven't yet raised it with WHV, I suggest you write to :
Warner Home Video
Warner House
98 Theobold's Road
London
WC1X 8WB
and let them know that you would like a replacement.
Apparently, they are also planning to replace disk 4. The only explanation for this that anyone at B5TV could come up with (so far) is that they have decided to re-issue the disk with the correct credit sequence on 'The Corps in Mother, The Corps is Father'. Here's hoping.
UPDATE : OK Sorry, I owe Send-It an apology. Just asked my girlfriend to order s5 at amazon for me, and she sent me an email from Send-It stating that the package will be sent out tomorrow...
Don't know anything about The Netherlands' release dates, but season 5 was released in the UK on 17th January 2005 - I pre-ordered mine from Amazon, and received it on Tuesday or Wednesday of that week - and I believe the German release was a little while before that.
I don't really want to go through three pages. Can anybody tell me where these region 2 dvd's were bought? Because I tried to order them from send-it.com and they said s5 is out of stock. Because amazon and others state that r2 will be released in june I suspect send-it just wants me in the database...
I got this Number from a different B5 website for WBros uk, 020 7984 6100 ask for DVD Customer services, you will probably be put through to an answer phone, they are supposed to ring you back but I had no luck with the ring back somebody else got rung back within the hour, but keep trying everyday and you might get lucky, I got through to a person on my 3rd attempt they took my details and said that they would send a replacement disk as soon as they where ready, I must admit I thought it was like the episode from the simpsons I think it was the episode that homer saw aliens, and he tells chief Wiggim, so the chief says I just type it up on my Imaginary typewriter!!!!!, so heres holding my breath.

And they also send out some replacement discs that still got the same mistake . And they don't seem to feel an obligation to answer to the e-mails of all those people that got the wrong disc again (like me).
