Minbari dictionary?

Hi all,
all my Google searches for the elusive Minbari dictionary by John Hightower lead me to a site I cannot get into (jumpnow.de). It is password protected with no way to sign up so I'm guessing it was taken off line.
Does this mean the dictionary no longer exists? Does anyone have it or know how I can get it? Is/was it more comprehensive than the list of words and phrases on the Babylon 5 wikia?
Several fanfic writers who wrote for the B5 fandom years ago reference this dictionary and since I'm a sucker for continuity I'm looking for it.
Anyone?

I think this is the first I've ever heard of a Minbari Dictionary! I can't imagine there were very many canon words since we heard so little in the show. Maybe there was more in the novels I'm not remembering, though.

Never seen a password version of Jumpnow.de – so that has me curious straight off the bat. But I just typed in the name and it indeed asks for a password. . . . Interesting. Though it looks more server related than something specific to the coding of the site.

Anyway, instead of the direct approach, give this a try, and you’ll get full access to it.

Here’s that Minbari dictionary. Fair number of entries, some with descriptive notes. There is some canon stuff amongst it from comics, etc.

It's very cool. I've been using it (creatively) in my first B5 fanfic already
