  • Watching B5 with E, Season 1

Inspired by another similarly nmed thread I am posting, with permission, my girlfriend's initial impression of Babylon 5. Started becuase she's a huge H2Gt fan and we could not find my disk (it's hiding in a differrent dvd box) i pulled out season 1 and stuck it in. Now this woman, for reasons tht still both bffle and delight me, adores me unconditionally. I've said to her that just becuase I love the show (and I do, ink is evidence of that) doesn't men she has to like it for my sake
    Midnight on the firing line:
I've deliverately stated pretty much nothing bout chracter arcs, beyondn the fact that it's a novel for TV, there was a pilot movie whihc i chose not to show her and sadly, many of the actos paying these characters are now no longer with us. She enjoyed Sisan's lines and the elements of humour in the story. Not much disucssion (we'd just moved me so it was a tiring) and we didn't get all of "soul hunter" watched so I'll report on that one down thread.
"There are no good wars. War is always the worst possible way to resolve differences. It degenerates and corrupts both sides to ever more sordid levels of existence, in their need to gain an advantage over the enemy. Those actively involved in combat are almost always damaged goods for the rest of their lives. If their bodies don't bear scars, their minds do, ofttimes both. Many have said it before, but it can't be said to enough, war is hell. "

    What's H2Gt?
Captain John Sheridan: I really *hate* it when you do that.

    Kosh: Good!

I though Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy but I'm not sure.

        Cool. I've started a trend.

So you plan to show E the complete Season 1, warts and all?

Also, would it be possible for you to spell check your posts? Your introductory post was difficult to read with all the typos.

        Looking forward to future submissions!

          A Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle?

Like the one Lennier put together for Mr. Garibaldi in the episode "Eyes."
