No, not the scarf. There was something else, something that had much more impact. Gang, please remind me: was that in an actually-filmed episode, or is that from one of the unfilmed scripts?
If I remember correctly, then the only part where they mentioned Isabelle was in the Crusade ep where Galen found the Well of Forever and deposited her ashes there.
The message from Isabelle was actually in "The Path of Sorrows". In this episode, we see the flashback to Isabelle's death (which was revisited in "The Passing of the Techno-mages") where she tells Galen that she will attempt to contact him from the other side.
Near the end of the program, Matheson shows Galen a printout of random space signals. Mixed in with the gibberish (If I recall correctly) are the name "Galen" and the word "Love".
(At least it wasn't "Cooper" and "The Owls Are Not What They Seem", but I digress. )
Rather than embracing the ridiculously well-timed message (Isabelle has been dead for 8 years), Galen crumples it and drops it to the floor in denial of God and any "master plan" than would include Isabelle's death.

Hum-ho. You're referring to an episode of Crusade, correct? I thought that when Galen... Um... *SPOILER ALERT: Technomage trilogy*
...when he did what he did with that tech of his, he did all the three things that Isabelle said he'd do: open himself up to another, open himself up to himself and open himself up to God. So why would the new Galen crumple a message like that and deny God? Was it not his new path to seek understanding of everything?
IMHO, it could just be a visceral, emotional reaction. When you're dealing with human beings who have lost someone they love...logic doesn't always figure into such reactions.
Yes, but that action seems consistent with the old Galen, not the new one.

Alright, this is off-topic, but I'm re-watching the series and just finished "Babylon Squared." What the hell was Delenn doing with Sinclair going back a thousand years? (Right at the end there when the old Sinclair is looking in the mirror.)
Sinclair leaving resulted in many changes to the arc. It is possible that Delenn went back with Sinclair in the original arc or was the captain of the Whitestar.

Does anyone know any gossip on this?
Yes, that would make sense. Would also explain why Sinclair would look older. He didn't age in the time distortion field. He did all that Sheridan did, then went back in time after the 5th season or so. Interesting, that.
One would think that they would cut Delenn out of that shot for the DVD release.
Btw, whatever happened to Sinclair after the Shadow war a thousand years ago? I'm sure he wouldn't have just stopped short of Z'ha'dum. I think he would have pushed forward to completely annihilate the Shadows. Would this mean he died in the war?
I heard this was partially resolved in the comic books. Does anyone know if they're available for sale anywhere? What are the ISBN numbers?
I thought that after the Shadow war Valen and his desendents became outcastes and were driven off Minbar. Where he was taken like Sheridan into the storage by the First Ones (either the Vorlons or Lorien)
Just because Delenn puts her hand on Sinclair's arm and says "It's time," does not mean that she was going back in time, also. She could have meant something like "It's time now, so we have to say goodbye to you."
I'm trying to remember in WWE2, when Sinclair came in from having been outside and at the reactor core hooking everything up, had they already had the conversation about him choosing to ride B4 back in time? If not, I would just interpret Delenn's "it's time" to mean that everything is set up now to send B4 back and time and it's time for us to do so and get out of here.
She says it in War Without End 2 as well but this time we see her face. (obviously obscured in Babylon Squared because she hadn't changed yet....From our point of view)
