Who ranks as your favourite cinematographer on B5?
I thought this might be interesting to discuss; and it’s an area that’s partially covered by the Echoes books. The overall feel of an episode can be strongly coloured by how the camera interacts with the cast. How it moves and frames the action. Whose work stands out for you in particular and why?
Bit of an obvious choice, but John C. Flinn really stands out for me, and not just because he worked on Sleeping in Light! I like the way he leads the eye with his camera work. It’s always inventive and befitting of the scene he’s trying to capture.
