We have the new city and the old city which we call them Old Jerusalem and New Jerusalem.

I figured it was a district in New England or something.

The Rabbi who comes to inspect the plant to ensure Kosher is from New Jersey. This dude's beard is down to his belly. He can't fit it into a beard net so he has to stuff it in his jacket. He is hilarious, too, but in a dry kind of way.

    Searching Girl,

Yes, I remember reading that. What JMS said was:

I've also tentatively agreed (pending working out some details) to appear at
FedCon in Bonn, Germany in May of next year. In an unrelated story, my radio
series, The City of Dreams, will also apparently be airing soon on German
radio. For those of you who can speak the langauge, you can get more
    information at http://www.sf-radio.net/radio/spezial/
I highly recommend going to see JMS at conventions. Sometimes he brings treats like the music videos or previews of things. If you go, we'd love to have you report back, okay?

Female, divorced with two cats, work as an accountant but not in a cube farm, PC.

My B5 fan background goes back to the first episode, though I missed the pilot. I'd read things about the arc that sounded interesting so I gave it a try although several promising series had recently died after only a few episodes. That, as they say was that. Something told me this was special from the get-go.

As soon as I got a computer (late '96, I think) I discovered the B5 forum on AOL and that JMS hung out there. Wow, how cool! Even cooler, he answered questions! So when he left the AOL forum, I followed to the Moderated newsgroup because I love talking about the show with fellow fans. And I never seem to run out of questions!

I go to most of the SF conventions in Orlando and Tampa and have added DragonCon to the list the last two years. I've also been known to fly all over the place to see JMS at cons - furthest being to Vancouver, BC when JMS and my fave author were at a con together.

Oh, and I've got a script collection. I may have mentioned that a few dozen times before....

Big congrats to Jan and Ranger 1!

So, now, do we get to learn anything about who our lovely moderators are? I mean, I know quite a bit about Jan, as we're friends IRL too....but nobody else does!

And Ranger 1, won't you please tell us a bit about yourself?

Okay both of you, spill! Male or female? Single or married? Working in a cube farm, home, or something different? Mac or PC?

    Indeed, what he (she?) said.

Now that I am throwing the rice, I really must go look for the anouncement!
