Remembering my fondness for the episode "TKO"...

I noticed one of the runners at the London Marathon wore the name-badge 'Mutai'!

Not being a sports person, I seriously read this CNN headline all wrong:

Ex-Ranger: I may have killed Pat Tillman

      Scared me for a second.

I came across an old high school photo of me and some friends - Ack!

              Amazing photo. Stylish!

              Did you do much singing?
Captain John Sheridan: I really *hate* it when you do that.

              Kosh: Good!

If only we'd known how beautiful we were back then! I know I'm showing my age here but I vastly prefer long hair, tie-dye and love beads to baggy pants and 'do-rags'. I'm officially a fuddy-duddy!

I'm with you. At least that era had a genuine sense of identity, ideals and style. It all seems like a big confusing mess these days, and that's coming from someone in his mid-thirties.

Growing old is mandatory, Growing up is optional.

You don't always have to buy what 'The Man' is selling.
                      That's why I like Babylon 5

... and you darn kids stay off my lawn!!

                      • Though this one may have been mentioned before, it's extra funny when it happens to JMS himself:

Read the thread for some really tortured quotes.

                              • Just saw 'Outland' - the story of a Marshall assigned to a titanium mining station on Jupiter's moon Io.
As Garabaldi discovered at the Europa station, O'Niel (Sean Connery) learns his men are also on the take or too apathetic to fight the corrupt station manager.

                                - I could easily see Garibaldi in that part, alone, making a last stand after his own men ran out on him.
