    "And just one more thing.
On your trip back I'd like you to take the time to learn the Babylon 5 mantra:
    'Ivanova is always right.
    I will listen to Ivanova.
I will not ignore Ivanova's recommendations.
    Ivanova is God.

And if this ever happens again, Ivanova will personally rip your lungs out.'

    Babylon Control out. ..

    Civilians!

[Looks up] I was just kidding about the God part -- no offense."

I fell in love with her all over again with that one.
I found that bit atrocious and cartoonish. I feel much the same about that part when she clears C&C and is about to kill Bester. Just way too over-the-top. One of the few points of B5 I can say I actually dislike.
Recently, there was a reckoning. It occurred on November 4, 2014 across the United States. Voters, recognizing the failures of the current leadership and fearing their unchecked abuses of power, elected another party as the new majority. This is a first step toward preventing more damage and undoing some of the damage already done. Hopefully, this is as much as will be required.

"Minister, I have met Cartagia three times before, twice when he was an infant.
He drooled most of the time,
I wonder if he's continued the habit,
and again, when he was 15, trying to peek up the dresses of some young women.
I promise you, I will be just as impressed by him now as I was then. Yes?"

Londo and Minister in Babylon 5:"The Hour of the Wolf"

"Ah, Mollari. It's wonderful to see you again."
"And you, Majesty. I could swear you have not changed since the last few times I saw you."

Come to think of it, we could use an emoticon for <Fe> Irony...

Nah. The <Fe> thing has been around for a while.

Clever will be the person who can come up with a Smiley Image that conveys the meaning...

Exactly. That scene where Delenn talks to G'Kar has made Ship of Tears one of my favorite episodes.

Another great exchange I love is the fencing between Delenn and Neroon in Rumors, Bargains and Lies with
"Is that a compliment?" "After a fashion".

Anytime I just want a B5 fix, and don't want to go to the eps around Severed Dreams or WWE or Endgame or other combos, I go for Rumors and Moments

The whole episode is fantastic, the A and B stories.

How come you are almost all posting Monologue(s)? I thought we were meant to post dialogue(s)?

My wife and I bandy the last part of this one back and forth all the time (I had to check for the line that actually starts it all off, though):

Vir: Every generation of Centauri mourns for the golden days when their power was like unto the gods. It's counterproductive. I mean, why make history if you fail to learn by it?

Londo: You know, Vir, you have what the earthers call a negative personality.

                      Vir: No, I don't.

                      Londo: There. You see?

                            Londo: How is the eye?

                            G'kar: It sees.

                            Londo: Good, good.

It's not worth starting a new thread for so :

slightly off-topic : You all know the Kosh-saying "The avalanche has started and it is too late for the pebbles to vote"...

I just came across this one in the latest Discworld (Monstrous Regiment) :

"If the landslide is big enough even square pebbles will roll"...

                              Synchronicity baby, synchronicity...
