The caharacter who grew the least

On another thread there was a good discussion of the character who grew the most during the B5 arc, but occasionally there was mention of characters who didn't grow. AislingGrey mentioned a list of three, of which Garibaldi was one. NotKosh suggested Londo. What does everyone else think?

For me, I'm thinking Zack didn't change too much. Vain, cocky, moments of insight, flashes of obtuseness. ( Note to self, or anyone else listening: is "obtuseness" a real word? ) He grew older and developed a limp, but didn't really seem to change.

I believe Bester grew the least. He was a short little bastard.

I'd have to go with Ivanova. She was quite the same after the four years.

And then there's ofcourse Kosh. Though his hairstyle was much better in season three.

I thought there was a marked change between the uptight guilt-ridden Sinclair from S1 and the confident at-peace man we saw in S3. He'd definitely found himself, I think and the many we met originally could hardly stand the responsibility of running the station. The one who went back into the past *knew* that he was going to shape the destiny of an entire planet and was comfortable with it.

I dunno. Sinclair did grow from a wise man with a deathwish, and no particular goal in life, to an even wiser man, with a straight goal and purposes ("For the first time in my life, the path is clear"). But he's still up there in the least-growing character list together with Zack, Lochley (who, granted had only one and a half seasons worth of screen time) and Talia. I think we can forget that a character named Keffer even existed.
