Just found this intriguing Facebook post from Pat Tallman who's currently in the UK with Claudia Christian for a couple of conventions:

Ok the weather was gorgeous today in Barking. Thank you to Stuart who picked Claudia and I up at the unGodly hour of 8am and drove us the hour to East London! Richard Hickcock and Tony met us plus my new besty Neil who helped me shoot the first footage of the Babylon 5 documentary. Love you all muchly and can';t wait to see my pals at the Cock and Bottle tomorrow!
