Exellent review (from so long ago). It's hard to believe that it's been 15 years since the airing of that episode.
I remember watching Severed Dreams for the first time and was completely blown away. I think I wore out that VHS copy very quickly and couldn't wait to get another copy of it. To this day it's still my favourite episode.
I recall when here in Canada the SpaceChannel did a Babylon 5 marathon several years ago and was airing the top voted episodes by the fans and Severed Dreams was voted #1.
