    Interesting,

Yeah thats an interesting note, when Sheridan was enacting in front of the mirror what sort of apology he'd give to the centari about protecting a Narn ship...

Okay, for real this time, how about the time Ivanova almost blowed up Bester's Starfury?

Or Sheridan's actual thoughts on his "apology" to the Centauri. After blowing them up when they fired on the station when he was protecting that Narn cruiser.

    - Somebody could leak info on Lyta scanning the Centauri when they were looking for Brother Edward. Not to mention what she did to the guy who shot Lise.

There were lots of times 'our' guys went kinda grey - always in a good cause but grey nevertheless.

Yeah, its a case of all that goes on Babylon 5 on the face of it, doesn't always appear to be the true nature of the situation...

    Hi!

    Hey Jan,

Thanks for the welcome! Anyone else have any more thoughts on "potential scenario's" that could be looked at as a leak for the B5 universe?

Just a quick general reminder that any real-life discussions should go to the off-topic forum. Not directed at anybody, just a reminder.

    Thanks!

    Good point,

Yeah also the real reason behind President Santiagoe's (I may have spelt that wrong) death (thats the episode I've recently just watched) intially it was a cover up, but really, sinister "beings" were behind it...

Another note, Dr. Franklin's possible addiction to "Stims" for a man who's job it is to save people's lives, he's putting his own life at risk....

It's easy to be brave against people who label you a terrorist and threaten to assassinate you for revealing crimes they committed? People who have a history of starting wars and using assassins to kill their opponents? I beg to differ. As for people's families being killed, read up on the history of the CIA. No need for conspiracy books and such nonsense, just some of the officially known cases. Family members are most explicitly not safe.

Actually, the Voice of the Resistance revealed secret information, like the President Clark video Ivanova intercepted, and many of the stories they reported were almost certainly considered state secrets.

See, it's one thing when you go ragging on a nicey-nicey government, like ours. There's a reason these "information warriors" don't do mass infodumps about really nasty governments/organizations.

It's easy to be "brave" when you're up against people who won't respond by killing your families.

started a topic Wikileaks, in the world of Babylon 5!!!

Wikileaks, in the world of Babylon 5!!!

    Hey everyone,

So what with the massive "news-bombshell" with these Wikileaks being released about what goverments around the world REALLY think about each other, it got me thinking imagine if something like this happend in the B5 universe!! Seeing as in some respects the Babylon station is the U.N equivalent in Space, you could have a similar scenario there!! For example:

Earthforce ambassdor launches a covert spy mission on other members of the League of Non-Aligned Worlds!...lol! (like Hilary Clinton has apparently requested with other members of the UN council to be spyed upon..)

    Here's a few more examples!:

G'kar offered a "one-night stand" to Lyta in order to tap into her telepathic powers, that G'kar thinks will be most useful for the Narns!

Delenn has a mysterious "weapon" that can cause trauma internally to an individual, without any physical contact, via the use of "rings", not much else is currently known about the weapon, however it was used against G'kar and nearly killed him...

Human representatives of "The Shadows" are present on Earth, and are out to do as much damage as the alien race themselves, what is on their agenda next???

So these are some of the "cables" I have managed to uncover, lol...

Anyone else here have any ideas, as to what other "scandals" or shocking stories could be imagined in the Babylon 5 universe?
