  • Lt. Corwin sighted on CSI

Joshua Cox, who played Lt. Corwin, was on last night's CSI, playing the commander of a Trek-like show called Astro Quest. He's seen in a clip from that fictitious show.

    Did anyone else catch it?

    EDIT:

I saw it. Loved all the little touches that only fans would get. I thought I'd fall off my chair when they did the "He's dead, Jim" and riff on McCoy's "I'm a Dr. not a....".

I hope to watch it again as I understand that a number of BSG actors were in it in uncredited crowd scenes. I think I saw Grace Park but that's the only one. Except for the "You SUCK!" cameo.

Kate Vernon (Mrs. Tigh) was in a pretty big role ... All the Trek and BSG references were awesome.

But yeah, sorry to say this, but Josh Cox was way hotter here than he ever was on B5. Age has done wonders for that man. *drool*

My favorite bit ... (highlight to read)
The fan doctor dude spends like 5 minutes negotiating with a dealer for a "real, authentic, set-used, one of a kind" prop and wines about the price but ends up buying it ... then in the next shot, he's walking through the room and walks right by a guy playing with the exact same "prop."

Even though I saw that one coming, I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw it.

          Aaaaaaaargh!

It says: "The video you have requested is not available for your geographic region." (I live in Belgium)

So I'll have to watch this show I really don't like for the next few month so as to be sure to see this one...

          Torture I say!

Rekha Sharma, aka Tory Foster on nuBSG, is at the far end of the crowd, up in the front row, but she's obscured a little since the camera focus is on the foreground and Moore's "you suck."

My favorite part is where Wendy, I think that's her name, asks if she got the uniform right. Kinda reminds me of all the TOS costuming sites where they, including me, debate fabric, collar size, etc.

Agreed. I've never been into costuming but I've had *many* a long and serious conversation about this or that minute detail of my fave shows. It's fun!
