Thank you Aisling...you are a lovely lady...and that one I mean.

A sunset of beauty, radiant with a summer's glow.

OK, enough...thank you for your compliment...really...and you are, indeed, a lovely and beautiful lady.

Sorry, I had to say all that after that part of the conversation was done...but I've been gone on vacation.

And you shouldn't be surprised, Aisling.

    Carry on...sorry to interrupt.

And instead of editing an old post, as Andrew suggested, I will simply place the link to my site here, once again.

Apparently, humans don't have the right enzymes to digest it at all.
Somebody needs to tell that to Bo and Mack, since at least one of them is eating spoo in "A View from the Gallery" and they keep talking about its constantly-escalating price. This a) seems to indicate a lot of demand and b) must mean Humans are eating it or why would Bo and Mack care?

    Regards,

So for humans, it would still be "spootie" as an exhaust product as well as an intake product?

Though I suppose if it was the unfermented stuff. Londo says that fresh spoo has a different taste (Though revolting to most Centari) and it needs to set up to the consistancy of a thick custard.

Well, in that case, wasn't there a brother or a sister mentioned or seen on the show.
The character, like the actor, had several sisters.

Spoo tea? ew..... Would that be "spootie" then? Double ew. Though I suppose if it was the unfermented stuff. Londo says that fresh spoo has a different taste (Though revolting to most Centari) and it needs to set up to the consistancy of a thick custard.
If someone put spoo in my tea, I'd probably spew tea.

Everyone has the God given right to their own guilty pleasures in life. As long as these are managed with care, in contrast with everything else, we can safely disregard 99% of the convenient labels and BS, whether it concerns SF, music, fishing, sports, manic knitting, etc.

You know, I had forgotten that Paul Winfield (General Franklin) had died! Thats terrible. Did any one notice that he got a promotion when he went from Star Trek to Babylon 5? Captain (Captain Terrell from Star Trek 2) to General?

(Yeah, I'm showing my Sci-geek status, but hey! Everyones gotta have a hobby....... Ahem.)

Well, in that case, wasn't there a brother or a sister mentioned or seen on the show. Maybe they could write it up that the General (Stephen's father) had died and Stephen was at Earthdome busy with funeral arrangments. That would be kind of strangly ironic yet touching at the same time.

How about that? Less sappy and honoring both characters whose actors have passed away.

Tea? Tea? What sort of barbarian would even THINK of drinking Spoo in tea?

    Too sappy? Waddaya think?

Unfortunately the actor who played Dr. Franklin's father also passed away this year. February, I think. :'-(

Yeah. I don't think so one the recasting thing. This isn't some soap opera where they breeze through actors and characters like...like.... um, well you know! I just can't think of a clever euphemism at the moment. Much better it would be to put in another character and deal with Stephen being at Earthdome much too busy in his xeno-biology job to participate in the latest adventure. Though I did have an idea!

Cinescape says "Enterprise saved by fans!" Don't you believe it. It was simply a marketing ploy. Enterprise hadn't yet reached it syndicatable 100 episodes yet.

Well, you look closer to 32...I think it's the hair...just it's style and length. Why do women over 35 tend to cut their hair?
