I just sat down to watch a copy of The Bone Eater, which I got a review copy of on DVD yesterday. and I thought it was good brainless fun. Not only does it feature Bruce Boxleitner in the lead as a half-breed indian sheriff (no really!) but Walter Koenig also has a scene in it, as well as such genre actors as Gil Gerard and William Katt. As I say, it didn't have much to recommend it, but if you need a fun, dumb horror movie to watch late at night with a pile of junk food, this is a good candidate. Besides, it allows me to give Bruce a hard time the next time I talk to him about his small-town sheriff trilogy.

Also Peter Jurasik and Bruce Boxleitner were both in Tron. A movie my brother made me watch about 80 times!!

I guess Michael Horse wasn't available that day.

Amy, Michael Horse is actually in it too! It's like a big genre buffet.

That's just...amazing. Clearly, I have to look into 'acquiring' this fine piece of cinema. But...it just boggles the mind that they actually had Michael Horse yet did not use him as the half-breed Native American sheriff! That's like, his standard role!

Maybe he declined because he didn't want to get typecast.

Pat Tallman (Lyta) has been a stuntwoman in numerous Star Trek episodes, and I want to say in Jurrasic Park as well, I probably wrong on that one though. Bruce Boxlietner also played a big part in the old western show "How the west was won", I believe he was "Luke Macahan". Andreas Katsulas also made numerous appearances as "Tomalok", the Romulan in Star Trek TNG. Those are from the top of my head anyways

If memory serves Bruce did a guest appearance on the West Wing.

Bruce also starred in the crime thriller "A Killer Upstairs".

She was Laura Dern's stunt double.

                            From Pat's imdb trivia:

Though she didn't appear as an actress in Jurassic Park (1993), she does appear, due to an editing gaff, during a closeup of what was supposed to be Laura Dern (she was Dern's stunt double). She is visible for about one second, after Dern's character falls off the T-Rex skeleton and the camera zooms in for a closeup of her face.

There's also a movie called InAlienable written by Walter Koenig, starring Richard Hatch, Walter Koenig, Marina Sirtis, Andrew Koenig, Pat Tallman, Alan Ruck etc.

It was apparently available as a download for a while, but I guess it'll be out on DVD at some point.
