So, the "Ides of May" have passed, and there's nothing new about TMoS. Where are the news that JMS has promised? Do you think Biggs' tracical death may be the main reason for the new delay of info?
What about the speculations concerning the WB schedules? Any news?

The announcement is beyond JMS' control I'm afraid. As he said at the Hawthorne comic con, "If I could talk about it, I wouldn't have to be dropping clues!"

Rick Bigg's passing may or may not have affected the timing. After all, we've been waiting for news since...mid-January, isn't it? The powers that be choose their own timing for these things, unfortunately.
