No words can express the profound sense of loss I feel at this moment. My heart goes out to his family.

I've watched Shadow Dancing, and, well, it felt wierd seeing Franklin and knowing that he is dead.

          Have a very nice day.

Try as I may, I still can't find indepedent verification of Richard Biggs's passing elsewhere on the internet.

I guess i'm gonna go into Ivanova's "hour of the wolf" phase.

Unless there's a press release by his agent, you probably won't until there's an obituary in the Daily Variety or Hollywood Reporter.

              as for:

I hate to ask this but...I wonder how this will affect the B5 project.
...that's a worry for another day.

This is very sad news. He went far before his time and will be missed.

Not the news I wanted to wake up to this morning. (Or any morning for that matter...)

Like some others have mentioned, Richard Biggs was the first cast member that I had met, back when TNT had the props exhibition touring the country and cast members where appearing at various locations. We were abl to only chat for a moment or two, but I mentioned how a friend who had never watched the show had sat down and watched "Walkabout" and really enjoyed it and he asked me to convey his thanks to her. Just a nice classy guy in my book.

My heart goes out to his family and friends at this trying time...

I believe that when we leave a place, part of it goes with us and part of us remains. Go anywhere in the station, when it is quiet, and just listen. After a while, you will hear the echoes of all our conversations, every thought and word we've exchanged. Long after we are gone .. our voices will linger in these walls for as long as this place remains. But I will admit .. that the part of me that is going .. will very much miss the part of you that is staying.

Very sad news, indeed. "Each voice lost diminishes us".

I met Richard in Febuary this year and he was lively, happy and full of life. A shock to say the least. My heart goes out to his friends and family, may they find the strength to go on.
