  • B5:TLT Panel at San Diego

Just in case it hasnÆt been mentioned elsewhere yet, Warners has scheduled their Babylon 5: The Lost Tales panel at the San Diego Comic Con for Friday the 27th at 6 p.m. I was contacted earlier by the publicity people about moderating the panel for them, so IÆm really excited about it, if a bit nervous.

IÆm not sure who else will be appearing, but I was speaking to Bruce Boxleitner this afternoon, and he says heÆs definitely planning to attend, and he believes Tracy Scoggins will be there as well. If and when I hear about anyone else, IÆll certainly try and post updates as soon as I hear about them. Bruce also thinks there will be some kind of signing at the Warners Booth at some point, but IÆm not sure if thatÆs scheduled yet.

Excellent news, Joe! And I'm sure you'll be just fine as moderator. Keep us updated as things develop, okay?

      See you there.

Is JMS supposed to be there the same day as well? Other than that I'm really planning on being there for sure..I can't make it to Vegas to meet the B5 fans from the other board but I think going to Comic Con is a for sure thing! To meet Tracy and Bruce..OMG! A Dream Come True!

        Thanks

BTW, does anybody know how early Comic-Con posts their daily schedules? I'm darned if I can remember from last year.

I *tried* to tell you that. Did you listen to your 'convention mother'? No, of course not! But that's okay...I'm used to it.

It degenerates and corrupts both sides to ever more sordid levels of existence, in their need to gain an advantage over the enemy. Those actively involved in combat are almost always damaged goods for the rest of their lives. If their bodies don't bear scars, their minds do, ofttimes both. Many have said it before, but it can't be said to enough, war is hell. "

<unlikely dream> We'll need to check out the Warner's booth and see if they might do drawings for copies. If so, we can find somebody who won one, find somebody who's staying on the concierge floor of some hotel and take over one of the TVs that're almost inevitably there. Then we can all watch it together. </unlikely dream>

See? Simple! Okay, so maybe if they did a special showing it'd be better.
