This time they were saved and made available for rental, like much else in Hollywood that is no longer built, owned and warehoused by the studios.

had always thought it was 2001, bummer... unfortunately that suit also got lost/destroyed after B Squared and they had to make a new one for the later tie ins.

I thought those looked familiar! Now I understand why they're so out-of-date-with-the-rest-of-b5-tech looking lol. Nice.

Actually I've surpassed you already and already on season 2 with just finishing the episode..geometry of Shadows. I'm a little behind on reviewing the episodes so far but I'll catch up shortly..I've been really busy with stuff including preparing my own myspace page which if anyone is interested being my friend go to www.myspace.com/babylon5fan07

But I'll review this one really quick. Oviously this is one of my favorite episodes especially being the foreshadow of War Without End. Won't go into details there because people haven't seen it yet but Babylon Squared is just really a classic episode becuase I really think that this was one of those episodes that actually peaked my wife's interest in B5 even more. Seeing Garibaldi's ex Lise and seeing Zathras and of course the history of seeing B4 the first time was just amazing. Can't really review this episode because it's a classic nothing really bad here just really good all the way around. Other reviews of the other episodes coming soon..

No problems when I watched the show first, but when you are through and re-visit season one, that sequence always seemed a bit silly to me, and I never got what we are supposed to see there (Shadows attacking the station by foot???).
that bit seemed ok as i thought is was a possible future, one in which they boarded the station before destroying it instead of just blowing it to hell in one go.

Haha...yeah, that isn't the best sequence in the show. And Jerry Doyle's usually stellar acting isn't great there either. He was probably looking at the script and just blinking thinking, "huh?"

I might have a new season 1 favorite, it's really hard to choose, but this one's definitely up there, especially after reading the comic trilogy and To Dream In The City Of Sorrows. A lot of build up that you'd miss otherwise just watching the show.

This is a fun one, as we get to see into Sinclair and Garibaldi's past, and meet Zathras. Very fun. I see that JMS had to rework things a little bit for the future parts when the next season featuring B4 came along, but it does fit pretty darn well with this one. I don't think I have any complaints for this episode. It's fast paced, brings about quite a mystery (my girlfriend was tootttally lost when the older Sinclair popped the helm off haha), and brings your interest in the show and the entire storyline thus far to a whole new level.

    Thoughts?
Working...
