DVD Replacement

Hey all,

since my last post have had two emails from Warner Brothers UK.

First off, the DVD's are only sold as complete seasons sets, but the lady I emailed said she'd have a rummage through their spares to see what she can find.

Second, another email from them saying they've found a spare disc and are sending it to me, free of charge.

Needless to say, am well chuffed!

I can't really contact Warner Brothers, as I'm in the UK and I bought the DVD set over a year ago - so no reciept for proof of purchase or whatever, and my local Blockbusters don't even do boxsets.

You could always try e-mailing Warner Brothers in the UK with your question:

Warner Home Video (distributers of the DVDs) do also have a specific UK arm, whose postal address escapes me at the moment - although it should be on the board somewhere as it was widely used by people complaining about the cutting off of the pre-credit sequence on The Fall Of Centauri Prime on the S5 set.

They are actually pretty responsive to customer enquiries in my (admittedly limited) experience.

And I wouldn't have thought they would insist on you having proof of purchase for the set in order to be willing to sell you an additional single disc (assuming that they make them available to buy in these circumstances).

let me know what happens i need to rplace season 1 disc 2 (never lend your dvds to friend) as i naver got that disc back

I have never seen the series discs available individually. You can try contacting Warner Bros. Another option might be trying local video rental stores and asking if they have a copy of that one disc they'd be willing to sell.

Hey all,
Is it possible to get a replacement disc for the Babylon 5 boxset's? I lost my Season 1, Disc 6 (Region 2) and still haven't found it. Anywhere I can get a replacement online?
