Drakh War isn't what devestated Centauri Prime exactly... you need to read the Centauri Triology to get filled in on all of that.
Thanks Kevin, I was just about to say all of that

Remember folks, just because it's been awhile, doesn't mean JMS can't set this project anywhere he damn well pleases. It's called make-up.

If, in fact, you were to set it 7 years after S5, then realistically, you would be in the midst of the height of the Drakh War, which lasted in some form or another from "The Fall of Centauri Prime" until about 4 years prior to Sheridan's death, when Centauri Prime...well...fell again, Londo and G'Kar strangled each other to death, and Vir ascended to Emporer and re-joined the Alliance. It was really a long conflict.

Now...I would also point out that while the Centauri Trilogy of novels does give you vast insight into what was going on during that entire time period on Centauri Prime and from Vir's perspective, it does not tell you the full reach and scope of the Drakh War or everything it took to finally defeat them and drive them away. (Or where they ended up going.) This is where a feature film could expand and make epic the Drakh War whilst showing us on the screen the events we only read about in books and taking them further.

Meanwhile, the TW film is just as viable and large in scoop, I realized just how large it could be again after watching S5. Yes, Joe DM you are right...I had forgotten a lot of stuff since it had been while since I had watched S5.

Or JMS could be yanking all our chains and have something still left hidden up his Vorlon encounter suit

The "recent telepath crisis" I took to be the death of Byron and the telepath rebellion aboard Babylon 5. And I thought the Drakh war was the thing that devastates Centauri Prime just before Londo and G'Kar kill each other. That was supposed to happen only a few years before Sheridans death.

I thought that "the recent telepath crisis" (i.e. the Telepath War) took place immediately prior to A Call To Arms. Also remember that after leaving B5 Lyta planned on returning to meet with Garibaldi 2 years later to see what forces he had put together for use against the Psi Corps. Lastly, in Crusade (after ACtA) the Psi Corps had already been re-structured. All of these tend to imply that the Telepath War took place prior to Crusade, so 7 years later seems more likely to be the Drakh War. We know that the Drakh were active during Crusade since they appeared in several episodes, so conflict with the Drakh or something new seems more likely.

If the new project includes the original cast then the subject of the movie (mini-series, TV or theatrical movie, whatever) would fall out of the 20 year arc between when Sheridan returns from Za-Hadoum and his death. What would be happening about 7 years after season 5? The Drack plague of Earth would have been cured by then (although the completion of that story could be included). But the main story that would include the B5 cast 7 years later could only be the Telepath War.

I had a good many laughs over Snakehead Terror thank you very much I'd watch it again in a heartbeat, it was an excellent new-age B movie (as in movie that's bad but in a humerous sort of way)

This is likeliest a sequal to the brilliant man-eating fish movie he was in recently. It could be a B5/man-eating-fish crossover, though.

A ridiculous amount of movies have been produced up here in Canada in British Columbia. If you guys know where to dig for information, point your eyes there.
Lots of big names done there, and apparently it's CHEAP!

    Exactly JMS's venue.

I really don't know where to look at this point, so this is my primary info source...I guess sometimes right next to the fella you wanna hear about isn't the best place to be. Haha.

If it's BC, it's probably a theatre movie.

Pat (Lyta) Tallman is looking for recordings of herself at conventions, preferably telling stories. She did not give a reason.

    Possible reasons:
    a. She may want work attending conventions.
    b. She may want to show her working life to her son and husband.
    c. She may want to join the Babylon 5 movie hype circus and needs to impress Warner Brothers.

    Speculation from another direction

Here's something I found intresting that I thought you all would enjoy. Starts to give hope to the thought of an original cast reunion, as well as a possibility of Canada being the wrong side of the river

Both Bruce and Jerry were scheduled for a convention in Cleveland (which I had planned on going to). However, today I saw this notice.

"Bruce Boxlietner has taken an acting assignment in Canada and cannot attend. To preserve the "Bruce and Jerry Experience" both Bruce Boxleitner and Jerry Doyle have been rescheduled for 2005. Anyone who would like a refund because of this schedule change please contact Joe Motes at [email protected]."

Both have subsquently been removed from the schedule.
