Since the question was favorite episodes, I interpreted that to mean entire episodes, so, as an example, even though I absolutely love the Londo story of "Knives" the Sheridan story wasn't that compelling for me and the episode dropped from consideration. That actually helped! I can't imagine narrow it down to my 10 favorite stories!

I'm pressed for time, but three I love right off the top of my head are "Ship of Tears," "Dust to Dust," and "A Late Delivery from Avalon." Oh, and "The Parliament of Dreams." Four, I meant to say. Wait a sec, there's also G'Kar's epilogue at the end of Season 3, so I have to add "Z'ha'dum." Five, really.
