Warner Brothers richly deserves it, for making Babylonian turn over all the files, and then for losing it all.

I'm GLAD it happened, SHOCKED but GLAD. I would have never believed that Warner Brothers would have gone for that. I'd see them as more likely to sue the fans for creating/having that stuff. Yes, I know it'd be them cutting off their nose to spite their face, but companies act like that, and Warner Brothers is dysfunctional (composed of spiteful fiefdoms) and pretty much devoid of common sense.

I'd just like to add in here that so far, Warners has supported both Blu-ray and HD-DVD, so if they do produce an HD version, there's a good chance it'll be avaliable in both formats, if they do in fact do an HD version.

It'd be nice since I sure do like getting to use the HD-DVD add-on for my Xbox360, but personally I'm not counting on it.

It's definitely being produced in HD, and I would venture a guess and say there is a pretty good chance that it will eventually be released in one of the HD formats. However, far as I know only the DVD version has been announced so far for July, and neither a HD-DVD or Blu-ray version of TLT has been announced yet.

I like that they got in a jibe -- intentional or not -- at Warner Bros for having "misplaced" all the original CGI from the show, and how fan recreations were turned to for Atmosphere to have a jumping off point for their now more advanced models.

I also got a big smile reading them describe Straczynski as "never at loss for a story".

OMFG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (to break finally into Internet slang after so many years)

    What a spoiler point. Wowsers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, if I can quote one non-spoiler....
At the end of filming, Straczynski was able to return to Los Angeles for a few days to follow up on the screenplays and comic scripts he had put aside and to say hello to his cat Buddy, who had gone on a food strike and would only eat when Straczynski called in via speaker phone.
    That damn cat.....

Err, which I see you have already edit/corrected ;P Still great article though
It made my blood pressure rise several points though! So tantalizing.

That's a really cool article, and the spoiler has me excited for the most part.

And as far as things not being as they first appear goes, look closely at the storyboards of the sequence shown on the first page. It seems that they could go either way with the spoiled plot point coming to pass or not after the sequence that is shown in the storyboard.

Wow! Serious spoilers indeed! This is definitely the kind of spoiler that is worth avoiding! Unless this ends up being yet another instance of things not being what they at first appear. Either way, part of me wishes I hadn't read it, but the other part of me finds myself exponetially more eager now for this thing to be released so I can buy it!!

Do you think that the German date means the date for region 2? Or is it just German R2?

I read it. Couldn't resist, 'cause it's been so long since we've had anything new in the B5 universe.

Amen to that. I just hope we get some indication soon of when we are likely to see a R2 release. I would much prefer not to have to buy R1 (since the more we do that, the less likely we are to get future releases over here), but will if the gap is too great.
