Question about the Entil-zha jewelery

When Marcus explain Franklin that this jewelery is made of (if i remember correctly) Minbari blood mixed with human...

In ITB we see Lenonn wearing the same jewlery, and we all know that at that time, the Minbari didn't had any contacts with the human race, so what gives?

It was three bowls. One of holy water, one Minbari blood and one Human blood.

Originally both of the figures were Minbari. Every once in a while you'll see one of those pins (both Minbari) on Ebay claiming to have been cast from the original mold.
