    Babylon 5: Season 2

    Today I started watching the first disc of Season 2. Man, the episodes keep getting better. I'm paying close attention to everything, trying to glean clues for what's to come.

    Pretty sure Season 1 foreshadowed heavily, and Season 2 looks to accomplish the same.

    Dalane (D'Lane) (sp?) morphing was gross. Her rocky skin was gross and pretty cool at the same time. The technomages were pretty cool. Although they were departing to never be seen for loooong time, I hope they show up again later down the line.

    I'm just starting the "A Distant Star" episode. Gotta go.

              thanks for everyone's enthusiastic posts. Season 2 disc 2 is arriving in the mail today. in fact, i need to check right now.

                Oh man...once you get done watching it, Lurker has an episode guide with interpretations and deeper meanings, plus little set changes to look for. It's saved in my favorites right now.

                  I cannot express how jealous I am of those who can see this show for the first time.
                  I believe that when we leave a place, part of it goes with us and part of us remains. Go anywhere in the station, when it is quiet, and just listen. After a while, you will hear the echoes of all our conversations, every thought and word we've exchanged. Long after we are gone .. our voices will linger in these walls for as long as this place remains. But I will admit .. that the part of me that is going .. will very much miss the part of you that is staying.

                    Great seeing a new audience still clamouring to see this series, I have loaned my first series out to a work friend who never heard of it, he is now hooked.

                      Well done, HoM! My first 'convert' was a work friend. I had a wonderful time not quite giving him spoilers but letting him know what was important from what he'd just seen. It was fun when he'd come in wide-eyed after finding out what I'd meant.

                        Heheh. I start my second set of college kids/SCA members on B5 starting next month... Just as soon as the first set finishes off Season 5.

                        I love it because I get to see it in their faces and remember my first time through the series.

                          Funniest line in "Soul Mates" episode: "How about I call you an idiot in public? Then you can arrest me for revealing State secrets." This was LOL.

                          It was great to see that this episode was written by Peter David. I'm enjoying his new X-Factor series a lot.

                            It is so hard not revealing spoilers to first time converts. I have to bite my tongue when I my husband and I are watching the show because he's never seen it. And he likes to play the guessing game too, which makes it doubly hard.
