Forge World using babylon 5 ship designs?

The first link has some pretty dubious SW rip offs, too. I see variations of a Star Destroyer and Cloud City.

I really don't see it in the first one. I will give you that the second one does look like a narn fighter but its differant enought I doubt there would be any copy right issues

I came across these models on Forge World for the game Warhammer 40K. It seems some of the ships look distinctively babylon5ish...The BFG TAU Custodian looks like one of those Primus Class Centauri Battleship The Hell Talon Chaos Fighter Bomber also looks like a NArn Fighter. Obviously someone at Forge World is getting their inspiration from Babylon 5 unless my eyes are deceiving me.
