    Favorite Episode Titles

    One of the most striking things about the series was how well JMS named the episodes. What are your favorite titles (not necessarily episodes)?

    My favorite titles are, roughly prioritized:

    2. The Long, Twilight Struggle
    3. Movements of Fire and Shadow
    4. Rumors, Bargains and Lies
    5. Falling Toward Apotheosis
    I believe that when we leave a place, part of it goes with us and part of us remains. Go anywhere in the station, when it is quiet, and just listen. After a while, you will hear the echoes of all our conversations, every thought and word we've exchanged. Long after we are gone .. our voices will linger in these walls for as long as this place remains. But I will admit .. that the part of me that is going .. will very much miss the part of you that is staying.

      I guess I like these because some sound like they describe a good story or have interesting characters / character development, and some just sound mysterious.
      Flying around the room under my own power.

          Like Spoo Junky, mainly it's for the feelings they evoke...usually trepidation. I learned early on to be wary of episodes with innocuous titles because that usually meant JMS was sneaking up behind us to thwap us.

            That's it exactly - now that I think of it, most of those titles give me the chills And in many cases, that's exactly what happens in the episodes - an event or revelation that's chilling when you think about it.
