GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) was based in London and for many years used wind up clocks.
UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) is based in Paris and uses very accurate atomic clocks.

Yup, UTC is GMT. EST is GMT -5, so that should be 10:00 a.m. EST, or 7:00 a.m. PST.

UK Time applies, being the same as UTC in Winter and UTC + 1 hour in Summer

Umm...is it safe to assume that that's London time? There's not much indication on the site except that they did a live broadcast from the London Expo.
